Delete account

The soforburada.com driver and company apps let you create an account. You can delete that account and the personal data tied to it from inside the app and from this page.

In the app

Sign in to the soforburada.com or soforburada.com Firma app. Open the account menu on the documents, driver search or registration screen and choose Delete my account.

On the website

Sign in to the driver or company panel. The Delete my account action at the top closes the account permanently.

What is deleted?

Name, email, phone, national ID, profile photo and uploaded document files are deleted. The profile leaves search results. Payment amount and status records that must be kept by law may be retained without personal details.

If you cannot sign in

Send a deletion request from the email address on the account: bilgi@soforburada.com
