Personal data protection

The platform processes identity, contact, licence and professional document data only for matching, verification and legal duties.

Purpose

Driver registration, document approval, job applications, phone-share requests and contract processes.

Transfer

Phone numbers and sensitive documents are not transferred to other members without the driver’s explicit approval. After an approved request, a company sees limited contact details.

Rights

For access, correction, deletion and objection requests under Law 6698, use your account panel or write to bilgi@soforburada.com.

Data groups

Identity, contact, licence and SRC documents, work preferences, application history, phone-share requests, payment records (amount and status; not card numbers).

Retention

Data is processed while the account is open. After a deletion request, records not subject to legal retention are deleted or anonymised within a reasonable time.
